Frequently Asked Question's

Does my dog need to be off lead?

Definitely not. With the wonders of editing it is relatively simple to remove leads, so you need not worry if you prefer to not let them off.

I would however, suggest them not wearing overly distracting elements, i.e. harnesses.

Where do we meet? Can I choose a location?

I have a list of locations that work well for portrait sessions. However, I am also happy to travel to an agreed location and just ask fuel to be paid over 10 miles.

Can I have more than one pet or dog photographed?

Prices include up to 2 dogs in session. I am more than happy to do more dogs than this but a surcharge fee may need to be added as it increases the length of the session.

Do I need to bring anything to the photo-shoot?

It's a good idea to bring your pets favorite toy or treats, it may help to get their attention when needed. On warmer days it is a good idea to bring water for your pet.

What should I wear if I want to be in the images with my pet?

Wearing clothing that will not detract from you and your pet is usually a good idea. It is best to wear neutral colours and try and avoid bold patterns. Due to the outdoor nature of the session please be aware that areas may be muddy.

What happens if the weather is not looking ideal?

The ideal weather for photography is slightly overcast and not too sunny. However, if it decides to rain heavily then the photo-shoot will need to be rescheduled. I will keep a close eye on the weather forecast and inform you ASAP if the session needs to be changed to a later date.
